Dear Ms. Cooper,

Thank you for your email received today regarding your request for
information reference 1955-2009. I apologise that we have not yet been
able to provide a response to this request.

Unfortunately this unit has been experiencing staffing difficulties and
this, coupled with a substantial increase in requests, has resulted in a
number being processed late. These issues are approaching resolution
and we hope to be able to resume normal service in the very near future.
I apologise again for this delay and I can confirm that your request is
currently receiving attention.

Many Thanks

Laura Birchley

Dear Mr. Nigel Amos

I am still waiting and we are now on 2 June

Can you please respond to my request

Teresa Cooper left an annotation (26 July 2009)

It is now July 26th 2009 and as you can see, Kent police are not in any way taking this FOI or review seriously nor has it attempted to do anything about this foi which is a serious concern and perhaps suggests there is something to hide? It does not and should not take this long to deal with such requests and it is now shown that Kend Police do not take the FOI seriously and clearly feels it is above the law and guidelines

This is unacceptable
