Dear Sir or Madam,

With regard to the funds frozen in KSFfUK by the Treasury

Why has the Treasury allowed Mr Dave Welan to have his money
'unfrozen' in direct contradiction to what Mr Darling said .

Why is there a rule for one and not another?

Why cant all the innocent depositors have their funds released

Yours faithfully,

KAthleen Siddall

Suggest revert requesting details along the lines of other requestor - eg. asking whether there have been any exceptions to the published criteria for release of KSF UK funds, either through the FSCS or by any other means.
