The Crown Estate

Thank you for your FOI request. So that I can provide you with the exact information you need, please can you be a little more specific about the nature of the information required? I have briefly set out below what The Crown Estate is and what it does, which I hope will help you frame your request.
The Crown Estate manages the property owned by HM The Queen in right of her Crown, a property portfolio encompassing many of the UK’s cityscapes, ancient forests, farms, parkland, coastline and communities.
We have two main objectives: to benefit the taxpayer by paying the revenue from our assets directly to the Treasury; and to enhance the value of the estate and the income it generates. We were set up by The Crown Estate Acts of 1956 and 1961, and continue to run the business in accordance with these Acts.
Our portfolio has a value of over £6 billion, and the estate is part of the fabric of Britain - from beef farms in the north of Scotland to Portland stone mining in Dorset, from offices in the West End to affordable homes in the East End, from forests in the West Country to parkland in Windsor. It also has significant London holdings, particularly in Regent Street, Regent's Park and St James's. It includes agricultural estates of approximately 108,000 hectares (267,000 acres), extensive marine assets throughout the UK, including 55% of the foreshore and all the seabed out to the 12 nautical miles limit.
Further information about our history and how we operate are available on our website. http://www.thecrownestate.co.uk/about_us...
