Judicial Review concerns

The request was refused by HM Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate.

Dear Her Majesty’s Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate,
Q1:Why did the CPS in the NEIL SCOTT conviction for burglary, provide evidence of (SG4)blood,to Teeside crown courts stating it was found in a burglary, when there own witnesses stated it was taken at the police station,72 hours after the Crime and 4 Miles away from that Crime,

(I don't want an answer by post,I want you to publicise your answer on here,I am the stated person,NEIL SCOTT,I was convicted on that sample SG4 when forensics said it was my blood, obviously the CPS allowed police to send My own blood as SG4 evidence found in a crime, you are able to understand Neil Scott has had previous problems with cleveland police (23arrests)as the CPS dealt with those cases also
And a speeding case that was flawed by the officers LIES in which the case like 21 others was quashed at previous court hearings unless that information has been cleared from records also, the persecution of the police has caused me mental problems for the ten years it has gone on,which I find extremely frustrating that CPS AND the police officers corruption go hand in hand)
Yours faithfully,

Neil scott
