Dear Mr Harris,
Kent Police are today in receipt of 15 requests from yourself, each
individually asking the same question about 15 separate individuals.
While we are prepared to consider your request, the method you have
employed would require us to process each request individually,
unnecessarily increasing the cost to the public purse. As the requests
essentially ask for the same information and are submitted at the same
time, the Authority is entitled to aggregate these requests for the
purposes of costs.
Consequently all of your requests have been combined into one and will
receive one response which will deal with all persons named therein. This
request has been logged under our reference 7701/2009.
