1) Copies of all the Meetings Minutes held, of the 'Joint Councils'
(JC) (see notes below) since it's inception. A 20 February 08 JC
meeting was held in Oxford and the Kent County Council
representatives had been:

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I am very puzzled by the
attitude you are conveying with this request, concerning the
accessibility quality of the disclosures you have made. Please
advise whether Disability Discrimination Act concerns do or do not
apply to Kent County Council? Please advise me on whether or not
you have also considered my request under Section 11 of the Freedom
of Information
Act 2000?

Would it not have just been a courtesy not to have converted
documents you hold from MS Word to PDF. For instance the document
you sent me:

was actually converted from MS Word to PDF on 16/06/09. If you care
to look in the Document properties meta data you will see you
converted this document to PDF using Adobe PDFMaker 7.0.5 for Word
at 10:31am
