Dear Mr Quincy
I am writing regarding your request for information, which was received
on 12 December 2008. In that request, you asked us for an electronic
copy of our Jobseekers Allowance (JSA) procedural guidance or a direct
URL to the electronic source where it may be consulted.
Unfortunately I am unable to proceed with your request without
clarification of the information you wish to receive since it is
currently too broad in nature and will need to be refined. I would
therefore like to know if there is a particular part of the JSA
procedural guidance that you require?
Please note that if I do not receive appropriate clarification of your
information requirements within three months from the date of this
letter, then I will consider your request closed.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Following your reply to my request for information sent 12 December
I should like to clarify that I would like a copy of the procedural
guide described at
http://www.dwp.gov.uk/foi/infofinder/Our...
Since I do not have access to this document it is impossible for me
to specify which sections I require. I therefore ask for it in its
entirety, excluding any parts which may be comprised of the DWP
Decision Makers Guide or The Law Relating to Social Security (Blue
Volumes) since these are already publicly available.
Yours sincerely,
James Quincy
