Dear Identity & Passport Service,

Could you please inform me within IPS exactly how many new jobs
have been created in Blackburn as a result of enabling people to
enrol for ID cards within the City? For instance those staff
performing the enrolment process. I’d like to know the FTE
equivalent of theses posts please.
Regards

Yours faithfully,

James Elsdon-Baker
