Dear Sir or Madam,
I am seeking records of DWP staff job satisfaction and the top ten
most frequently occurring complaints, suggestions and concerns
raised by DWP staff about their work.
I would also like to know the responses made by the DWP to these
issues raised by staff, and the procedures for staff involvement in
the development of the department's practices.
I would like these results grouped by region, year and staff role
(eg. south west Job Centre managers in 2006, midlands call centre
staff in 2007 e.t.c.).
Restating this for clarity, I am requesting these records, grouped
by region, year and staff role: 1. job satisfaction of DWP staff 2.
top ten most frequently raised complaints by DWP staff about their
work 3. top ten most frequently raised suggestions by DWP staff
about their work 4. top ten most frequently raised concerns by DWP
staff about their work 5. responses made by the DWP to points 1 to
4 6. DWP internal procedures for staff involvement in development
of DWP practice
Please provide this information if it is available. If not, please
provide the information you do hold which best addresses this
query.
Yours faithfully,
Marcus Grainger
