Dear Mr Hupfield,

Your request dated 13/1/09 was treated as a fresh request, made under the
provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. As stated in my
acknowledgement email dated 13/1/09 the deadline is the 9/2/09, and a
response to your request will be provided on or before this date.

With regard to your earlier requests, dated 5/1/09 and the 8/1/09 I can
confirm that a response was sent to both. A copy of the relevant job
descriptions were sent to you in relation to the first request, and we
applied section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation
to your second request, however, if you look at the job descriptions you
will be able to obtain an indication of the type of experience required
for each position.

Please could you clarify why you feel the requests have breached the
statutory deadline of 20 working days, as prescribed by the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, and please could you state what information is
missing.

Yours sincerely,

Lian Rebecca Stibbs

Dear Stibbs, Lian (L&G),

A list of my current FOI requests can be found here:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/user/matt_...

It would be helpful if you could respond to them individually as
providing responses to one request under a different one serves
only to cause confusion.

Whilst I agree that you have responded in time to my request of 8
January the information was incomplete. The missing information,
salary/grade details, should be easily available to you. I find it
concerning that it is possible for you to provide partial
information and then treat requests for the missing information as
a new request. Could you please provide me with details of the
legislation which allows you to do this.

Can I also take this opportunity to remind you of another FOI
request, dated 16 January, which is also currently unanswered:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/el...

I look forward to your response.

Yours sincerely,

Matt Hupfield
