and consultants that have been used over the past financial year
when procuring I.t hardware and the total spend on i.t hardware
during
the past financial year.

I would also like to request full details of the person(s) who
conduct the i.t purchasing there.

Dear Mr Connely,

Please find below information in response to your Freedom of Information
request.

Questions and answers (in red) below

1) I would like to request a complete list of suppliers/contractors
and consultants that have been used over the past financial year when
procuring IT hardware and the total spend on IT hardware during the past
financial year.

Bexley Care Trust uses Dell for all our Hardware, Xerox for our printers
and Sector IT and Hewlett Packard for our servers.

The spend was as follows:

310 Desktops = £143,855

115 Laptops = £134,680.85

14 Printers = £ 8558.78

HP Virtual Servers = £49,727.76

    

2) I would also like to request full details of the person(s) who
conducts     the IT purchasing there.

The person who is responsible for conducting the IT purchasing here is Pin
Bhandal, Head of ICT.
