Dear Mr Connely

We are currently experiencing some problems in obtaining the information you asked for in your Freedom of
Information request, has it now has become apparent that the person we need to contact is on
holiday now until the 23rd March.

However we have been asked to let you know that as far as stand alone hardware products are concerned
we only have one supplier, HP Direct. All software comes from OGC (Office of Government Commerce) approved sources.

The Hillingdon NHS Trust only uses OGC or LPP (London Procurement Program) approved suppliers and their
Framework Agreement Pricing for all elements of IT Procurement unless the project is sufficiently large
enough to be competitively tendered in which case we run mini competitions through OGC.

Please be assured that we will endeavour to send the remainder of the information to you as soon as it becomes available.

1. You would like a complete list of suppliers/contractors and consultants that the Trust has used over the past year when procuring IT Hardware - Do you want the past financial year or the past calender year?

2. The total spend on IT Hardware during the past financial year - Would you please confirm which year you are referring to for example 09/10 and that you only require one total?

3. You requested full details of the person who conduct the IT purchasing - Do you mean the person who approves the purchases?
