procuring I.t hardware and the total spend on i.t hardware during
the past year.

Freedom of Information
I refer to your email of 27 January requesting information in respect of
NHS East Midlands procurement of IT hardware during the last year.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act
2000 (FOIA) that we do hold the information that you have requested. We
are of the opinion though, that much of this information is already in the
public domain. As such, this information is exempt from provision under
the ‘absolute’ exemption available to us under Section 21 of FOIA -
information that is reasonably accessible to the applicant already.
However, Section 16 of FOIA places a duty on us to provide advice and
assistance where possible. I have therefore attached the relevant links
