Dear Marine and Fisheries Agency,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, could you please send me:

a) the latest copy of your IT Strategy / Strategies, including any
"e" or web strategies.
b) the names of the applications you use to manage your HR,
Purchase to Pay,
Finance, customer relationship (CRM) and time sheet data.
c) the dates the applications referred to in b) were procured and
the length of the contracts in place.
d) regarding the applications referred to in b), the initial
capital expenditure, the cost of implementation and any annual
support costs in place for each application.
d) a copy of the IT strategy and/or plans and any
related documents relevant to the transformation of the MFA to the
Marine Management Organisation.

Please reply for your organisation and any other organisation(s)
that
you have responsibility for.

Dear Sergio,

Thank you for your email. By "any related documents relevant to the
transformation of the MFA to the Marine Management Organisation” I
was referring to documentation relating to information technology
and/or information systems as pertains to the transformation of the
MFA to the MMO. For example, this might include a systems
integration or migration strategy, an IT development business case
or work package, or other similar documents.
