Dear Sir or Madam,

Please could I be sent details of all Avon and Somerset Police
local and national specialist IT Support Contracts let in the past
15 years.

1. Case and Custody systems.
2. Command and Control systems.
3. HR Systems.
4. Penalty processing systems.
5. Sex offenders register.
6. National firearms system.
7. Document Management Systems.
8. Mobile data terminals.
9. Access to police national computer.
10. Missing persons system.
11. Crime and/or intelligence system.
12. Domestic violence case management system.
13. Collision recording system.
14. ANPR systems.
15. Analytical software solutions.

Details required would be names of suppliers, length and values of
contract (total values and annual) and expiry dates.

Dear Mr Back-Brown

Thank you for your request for information dated 6^th April relating to
the forces specialist IT support contracts. This request will be dealt
with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act, subject
to the information not being exempt or containing a reference to a third
party. In some circumstances Avon and Somerset Constabulary may be unable
to achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed and given
a revised time-scale at the earliest opportunity.

There may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of
the information you request. If this is the case you will be informed and
the 20 working day timescale will be suspended until we receive payment
from you. If you choose not to make a payment then your request will
remain unanswered.

Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest
possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.

received by 7th May 2009. Avon and Somerset Police should have
replied by now, and are breaking the law.

to which aspect of policing. In my original request I asked for
details regarding:
