From: Dr. Geraint Bevan
7 February 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
Given the sensitivity of national identity in Northern Ireland,
will you please tell me whether there are any plans to make
inclusion of the Irish language optional on ID cards, whether there
have been any discussions on this matter and, if so, provide me
with copies of any such records?
Yours faithfully,
Dr. Geraint Bevan
