Dear Athena Cass,

My Private email address is [email address] should you wish to
discuss this matter privately.

I do however fully support the public nature of the 'what do they
know' site as I believe information of interest to myself will also
be of interest to others.

If you need to contact me, please provide details to my private
email address explaining why this cannot be undertaken in this
public arena.

Many thanks,

Mr Andrews

Dear Mr Andrews,

Re: Your request

Thank you for your email dated 3rd December 2009, in which you make a
request
for information.

This is to advise you that there will be a delay in response to your
request as over
recent months we have received an increase of requests which are in a
queue.
However, I acknowledge your request and a response will be sent to you
by a
member of staff.

When responding to correspondence sent by IPCC please quote our ref
number
which you will find at the top of the page and that you also include
your first
name as we deal with many requesters each day and there are those who
have
the same surname as yours.

Yours sincerely

Athena Cass

Dear Athena Cass,

Can you please in future keep all correspondence on the public
forum of 'what do they know'.

I strongly believe the information I am requesting is of value and
interest to other members of the public.

THis is of little use if the IPCC choose to email to my private
address.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Andrews
