Investigation into the Death of Stephie Grothier

David Grothier made this Freedom of Information request to South Wales Police

Waiting for an internal review by South Wales Police of their handling of this request.

From: David Grothier

28 November 2008

Dear Sir or Madam,

The South Wales Police force carried out a lengthy a costly
investigation into allegations I made over the established
negligent death of my child.

I was continually given the strongest possible assurances that I
would have a report of the investigation. Despite the continued
personal assurances of Supt Mark Lynch, I now find I have waited
over a year for said report.

I thereby under the law on the FOI 2000 submitt a formal FOI
request for said report.

Yours faithfully,

David Grothier

Dear Sir or Madam,

Supt. Mark Lynch did indeed forward me a file, but it was certainly
not the one I was looking for, as it was simply a stage managed
whitewash, in order to protect a corrupt corner and killer
perjuring doctors.

The report I was looking for would have had its foundations in
justice.

This file will never be closed until the law is properly observed
and justice is actually seen to be done. Meanwhile South Wales
Police remain corrupt and in complicity with those who who commit,
and allow perjury. South Wales Police are guilty of failing to
perform their sworn duties and are therefore guilty of Misfeasance
in Public Office and an number of other crimes against the people
of this nation.

Either that, or perjury which is considered the most heinous of
crimes, is simply no longer a crime in the UK.

Yours sincerely,

David Grothier
