Dear Sir or Madam,
I am overseeing a piece of work on specific Freedom of Information
questions and ask if you could please let me know if your
organization was ever the subject of an investigation by:
1) the Commission for Health Improvement (CHI)
2) the Healthcare Commission (HCC)
3) the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Also can you tell me the number of secondments of staff at (grade 8
or above) that have taken place between your organization and the
Strategic Health Authority in your area?

investigation data and secondments between the Trust and the Strategic
Health Authority

Thank you for your email received by us on the 03 December 2009.

The Trust will be open, honest and accountable in the way it makes
decisions. This includes having clear policies on what information it
produces and what will be made available to staff, patients and the
public. We will endeavour to ensure that you receive the information as
soon as possible. At most you will receive the information requested
within 20 days of receipt of your request. In this case the deadline is 01
