Dear Sir or Madam,

Why are these forums so arrogant and such a complete waste of time.
I expect to be treated fairly these CAB s & every Charity
discriminating with sole corporate directors Why are we rreated
like the enemy when we are paying for this? Why are you using out
of date research methods? Why are admin on remits deciding who
deals with what ?Does this happen with everyone in charge suspect
so.

help the many . This is typical of how admin waste time and cause
injustice. I would say it is a key issue if it has become so
corrupt nobody wants to know ??!!!Most disabled wodon’t want to be

This is typical how these useless call centres are taking our money to play games . Surely fraudulent why send problems back to those who caused them. Not only mad but stupid and civil liberties abuse.

Who is going to address the CONTENT ie: fraudullent actions of admin your useless handling isn't the most important thing as when sorted you out problem still there So I am asking for an Internal Review of the ISSUES

Dear Ms Shrive,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 16 June 2009 asking:

“Why are these forums [Disability Benefits Consortium] so arrogant and such a complete waste of time. I expect to be treated fairly these CAB s & every Charity discriminating with sole corporate directors Why are we treated like the enemy when we are paying for this? Why are you using out of date research methods? Why are admin on remits deciding who deals with what? Does this happen with everyone in charge suspect so.”

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has no jurisdiction at all over independent forums or charities such as the Disability Benefits Consortium, or the Citizens Advice Bureau. We are therefore unable to answer your query.

Your email states that you have a complaint regarding your DLA claim. I have therefore passed your email to the DLA team within DWP to address any outstanding issues.

If you are not satisfied with my handling of your request please tell me why within two calendar months of the date of this letter. I will then arrange for someone to conduct an internal review of your request and my handling. The review will be conducted by another officer, usually of a more senior grade to me. This person will have taken no part in my original decision. You will be advised of their decision in writing.

If you are still not content with the outcome of the internal review you have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner to look into the way your request has been handled. Please note that generally the Commissioner cannot make a decision unless you have first exhausted DWP's own complaints procedure. The Commissioner can be contacted at:

Dear DWP Adelphi Freedom-of-Information-Request,

It appears you don"t know about your own ethical practice as I want
to address the issue of admin DLA defrauding me of the backdating
from Tribunals Decision, and then you not giving me a fair and just
hearing , using admin[ DWP] with no legal monitor not signing to
say received justice when on biased remits and contracts emanating
from you??!!! What is going on ?

And how are the public protected from your maladministration
because you all seem to comply using marketing structures of
suspect statistics, to not address discretion and fair function .
So request internal review as as a result not accessing social
services or assistance , causing financial and health loss [
cardiac arrest] .

Is this how you deal with issues . Why are you collaborating with
MOTOBILITY discriminating even sending out their marketting . you
shouldn't receive no assessment or assistance because they have a
backlog .
There has also been a severe miscarriage of justice where noone is
overseeing admin are carrying out Tribunals fairly .Surely illegal?
So request meeting with those not on remit or contract who can
resolve as dyspraxic with my legal expert witness getting same run
around.

Dear DWP Adelphi Freedom-of-Information-Request

What a load of rubbish I need an ethical person with integrity not
on a remit to tell me why you are discriminating making millions of
£ with Motobility[ run by banks] that only some of population can
access ,If you have a backlog it cannot be accessed or you don't
fit what they provide . As a result not been assessed and lost
£!000s due to your mercenary conduct.So need a meeting with named
person not in a call centre who can resolve. Been trying to phone
since 1997 but noone picks up phone . Same with these requests??!!
Why is no compensation for civil abuse when there is criminal ??!!
Is someone picking and choosing?

The DWP is constantly engaged since set up .

Why am I being discriminated against because am in discretionary area and discretion with bias is being applied . Is it because sole accountants directing those on remits and contracts according to out of date research practices like surveys/statistics which need to be taken with a pinch of salt . Medicine is not an exact science and accountants should be tools not directors with NO ETHICS .
Why am not accessing decent medical and social l care & being assaulted by security standing my ground with police [ unqualified & MP ] and LA complying ?Why am I paying for this and losing a lot of money not accessing what I have paid for ?Why when raise issue process is used not address unqualified people on remits on contracts then not recording truth even in A&E Depts.

Are you totally anarchaic with these many automated responses? Is
it because nobody wants the job as your set up & function totally
unethical . Were we sent to Iraq on an automated response? So
request Internal review with named person not on a contract or
remit who can resolve , to see how legal you are? Need issue not
process addressed otherwise you are a health and safety risk . .So
request oral internal review as dyspraxic and find your system
stressful and confusing , with my legal expert witness with full
time director not corporate.
