Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
1/ Please provide all internal documents as generated by or in the
possession of Lancashire Constabulary as regards Subject Access
request 28256. This request was made in the summer of 2007 by Mr
Tony Wise.
2/ Please provide all internal documents as generated by or in the
possession of Lancashire Constabulary as regards the assessment of
Subject Access request 28256 by the Information Commissioner
referenced as RFA0183245. This assessment request was made to the
Information Commissioner in late 2007 by Mr Tony Wise.
Please include in these requests for official information all
internal correspondence or external correspondence used during
these assessments. Please also include all internal e-mails, faxes,
application forms, file notes, letters, bank stubs, scribbled
notes, requests for information from other public authorities in
relation to these subject access requests and assessments, the
actual information supplied in relation to these subject access
requests and assessments by other public authorities, internal
notes and memos, transcriptions of telephone conversations, records
of meetings or discussions generated internally. Please also
include all other internal information that Lancashire Constabulary
knows about or discovers during their consideration of this
request.

I write in connection with your request for information dated the
13/03/09 which was received by Lancashire Constabulary on the same day.
I note you seek access to the following information:
1/ Please provide all internal documents as generated by or in the
possession of Lancashire Constabulary as regards Subject Access

Your request will now be considered in accordance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, known hereafter as 'the Act'. You should receive a
response within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by
the Act, subject to the information not being exempt or containing a
reference to a third party. In some circumstances Lancashire
Constabulary may be unable to achieve this deadline. If this is likely,
you will be informed and given a revised time-scale at the earliest
opportunity.
There may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of
the information you request. If this is the case you will be informed
and the 20 working day timescale will be suspended until we receive
payment from you. If you choose not to make payment then your request
will remain unanswered.
Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer you query in the fullest
possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.
