Dear Sir or Madam,

Please reveal to me, as a Freedom of Information request:

1. Please disclose all correspondence (fax, email, letter,
telephone records etc) that has been exchanged since 2006
concerning Internet advertising using Phorm/121 Media products
between Lord West of Spithead and BT, and between Lord West of
Spithead and Phorm/121 Media.

2. Please disclose all correspondence (fax, email, letter,
telephone records etc) that has been exchanged since 2006 between
Lord West of Spithead and NebuAd, between Lord West of Spithead and
Adzilla, and Lord West of Spithead and Front Porch.

3. Please disclose whether Lord West of Spithead has met with BT
and/or Phorm/121 Media to discuss Internet advertising. What were
the dates, agenda and minutes of those meetings?

4. Please disclose whether Lord West of Spithead has met with
companies, groups or individuals opposing the interception of
communications for the purposes of customising Internet
advertising. What were the dates, agenda and minutes of those
meetings?

5. When was Lord West of Spithead first made aware of the trials of
Phorm/121 Media systems in 2006/2007?

6. Please disclose whether Lord West of Spithead has met with Lord
Carter of Barnes to discuss Internet advertising. What were the
dates, agenda and minutes of those meetings?

It is very important that these questions are answered completely, to refuse or hide the answers behind any excuse would lead public to think there were some conflict of interest or some form of incentive given to have these Lords to manipulate discussions.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I refer to my Freedom of Information request submitted on 14th
March. This request is currently overdue a response from the Home
Office. By law, the response had to be prompt but no later than
16th April 2009. Under the Freedom of Information Act you should
have replied by now.

Please advise me on the progress of this request.
