initial long questionnaire Badman review home education

Dear Sir or Madam,

please supply the responses from this LA to the initial long
questionnaire that was answered by 90 LA's .This document was
either 60 or 26 questions long depending on whether it was filled
in online or in hard copy.

I have also a few days ago asked for this LA's responses to the
shorter follow on in depth questionnaire which 25 LA's responded to
and from which the Badman Review took its statistics. This LA
filled in both questionnaires and the first one which I am asking
about in this FOI request had a box which asked this LA if it would
take part in more in depth follow on for the next phase.
