Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 1 December 2009 in which you asked for information regarding Information retained by Land Registry about Enquiries by phone, letter and from online.
We receive 1,000s of enquiries through a wide variety of mediums. Enquiries which relate to specific titles and received either online or in writing are invariably recorded against he title affected. Enquiries solely dealt with by phone tend to be general enquiries and are often only recorded for statistical reasons.
