Dear Information Rights (CIO-KIM),

I have now secured the consultation in question and it confirms
that stake-holders were not consulted in relation to hybrid
registration which means members of the public have been wrongly
charged to register hybrids and even been prosecuted wrongly. What
is Defra going to do about what I have said?

If you doubt what I have said I can send you copies of the
consultation in question or you could ask the Parliamentary
Ombudsman whom I have sent copies of the consultation to along with
a complaint.

Yours sincerely,

Derek Canning LLB [HONS]
