Thank you for this request, and for pointing out Q2 and Q3 had not yet been uploaded. I have now contacted our web team who will put the tables for both quarters on the Defra website as soon as possible. In the mean time, please find the spreadsheets attached in the format requested, and also the Annexe covering the standard complaints procedure for RFIs.
