Information relating to an event attended by Tom Riordon

Thank you for your request for information disclosure under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, in which you requested information regarding the
expenses claimed by Mr. Tom Riordon against a Common Purpose event on 6^th
March 2009 and any other paperwork relating to arrangements between Mr.
Riordon & Common Purpose. You also requested a copy of any invoices
relating to expenditure with Common Purpose 2008-09 and 2009-10.

I acknowledge receipt of your request received 14^th April 2009 and advise
that I am dealing with it in accordance with the Act. In order to assist
me, I would be grateful if you could re-send the link to the Common
Purpose Event of 6^th March 2009 as I could not access this information
(see below error message). Please could you also confirm that you wish to
receive copies of any invoices relating to expenditure with Common Purpose
for the financial years 2008-09 and 2009-10.

I write in response to your request for information disclosure under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000, in which you requested the following
information and I address each of your points in turn:

o A copy of Tom Riordan's expenses and any other paperwork relating to
the arrangements between Tom Riordan and Common Purpose for an event
held on Friday 6^th March 2009.

Response: Tom Riordan was not invited to attend a Common Purpose Event on
Friday 6^th March 2009 and, therefore, did not receive any information
about the event or incur any expenses as he did not attend this event. We
are therefore unable to provide you with a copy of the information you
request.

o A copy of any invoices relating to expenditure with Common Purpose for
2008/09 and 2009/10

Response: I confirm that Yorkshire Forward holds information similar to
that which you request. Yorkshire Forward holds 4 invoices received from
Common Purpose for staff attending Common Purpose training courses, a copy
is attached. You will note that a number of redactions have been made to
the invoices to block out the names of individuals which we believe to be
`Personal Information' and as such we apply the Freedom of Information Act
exemption Section 40 - Personal Information to this information only.

I trust the information we have been able to provide is of help to you.

As this request has been logged as a request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act, Yorkshire Forward is obliged to offer you the
