I have several judgements of some tens of thousands of pounds, two liability orders for some £800 and a charge on my house made by the courts against me and yet, by some miracle I still have a clean credit record.
Conversely, I have obtained two judgements which have been entered against two defendants worth some £50,000 to £70,000 and £990, that have not been paid the first was struck on the basis of forged court computer records, the second struck out for no reason.
