You should have complained about Brent's illegal policy to the Information Commissioner rather than supplying an alternative address. Whilst supplying an alternative address may get you the information you requested it does nothing to bring an end to Brent's policy of refusing to supply information to the address given. Which is clearly an attempt by them to reduce the effectiveness of the What Do They Know website.
