Dear Mid Suffolk District Council,
Details of information exchanged, (2006 -2009) between MSDC
Planning Dept, Wattisfield Parish Council, Environment Agency and
the Wattisfield Recreation Ground & MC Committee (in all written
forms), that shows guidance or instructions relevant to the build
on a flood plain, of a Play Area at the recreation Ground
Wattisfield. IP221NR.

Dear Mr Rutherford
I attach a copy of the letter received from Wattisfield Parish Council regarding the refurbishment, together with the Council's response confirming that a formal planning application was not required.
As the refurbishment of the existing play area did not require planning permission there was no consultation with the Environment Agency.
I also attach the letter received from the Wattisfield Community Centre & Recreation Ground Committee, together with enclosures, and the Council's response.
There are no other documents on file relating to the refurbishment of the Play Area.
