Hello Mr Cant.
I am currently pulling together as much of your information that we hold
as possible.
It would help if you defined what you mean by a 'bankruptcy action
completed '. As you may be aware, bankruptcy is a lengthy process and many
of the actions that have been started are still ongoing.

20th november i made a corperate complaint to manchesters executive management team in relation to them reffusing to answer any of these questions in time. I complained.
1. the council tax execs were allowed to say no at first.
2. It was not reviewed by the monitoring officer bvefor th first responce.
3. they seem to be treating the FOI act like guidence not law.
