Information in ARIES and the 'Publishing Project Information' initiative

Francis Bacon made this Freedom of Information request to Department for International Development

The request was partially successful.

From: Francis Bacon

8 July 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to submit a Freedom of Information request for the
following information:

1) A list of the types of information which can be stored for each
project record in the ARIES database. I would like a list of all
the database fields (including fields/questions in documents which
can be attached to project records).

2) A list of the types of information for each project which will
be published on DfID's website as a result of the 'Publishing
Project Information' initiative (which was mentioned in a DfID
press release on 28 March 2009).

3) All documentation relating to discussion with or between
Ministers about which information should be published on DfID's
website as a part of the 'Publishing Project Information'
initiative.

If any of this requires clarification then please let me know.

If you anticipate that this request will exceed the cost limit then
please let me know and I will split it up accordingly.

Many thanks

Francis Bacon
