I do not accept your reply which can be found here:-

Unlike the IPPC I have absolutely no objection to the whole world
reading about any information that the IPPC hold on me in my
dealings with Dyfed Powys Police.
Therefore I wish to appeal the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 decision and/or make a subject access request
under the Data Protection Act 1998.
We must have the truth of these matters firmly placed in the public
domain. Also I would make a further FOI Act request as to the
reason why the IPPC have acted Ultra Vires and blocked all email
communication ON A COMPLAINT WHICH THEY HAVE REFUSED TO RESOLVE.
Yours sincerely,
David Grothier

Dear Sir or Madam,
Further to my request for information held on my complaints to the
IPPC concerning the criminal activities of Dyfed Powys Police
Force.
I do not accept your reasoning for not responding and I
consequently request an internal review of my FOI request.
The grounds for your refusal of my initial request are more than
superfluous and irrelevant as the matter is very much of public
concern and interest and I have no objection to anything that the
IPPC has to say on this matter going into the public domain which
is my right in law( which the IPPC seems happy to abuse).
It high time that THE IPPC STARTED TO OBSERVE THE LAW AND THE
PROPER LEGAL PROCESSES AS SET DOWN IN THE POLICE REFORM ACT 2002.
Beside I will not allow the IPPC to further abuse the laws of our
land
Yours sincerely,
David Grothier

Dear Diljinder Chowhan,
As expected the corrupt IPPC is yet again avoiding the issue of its
criminality.
Your reply is far from satisfactory as the IPPC knows that it has
acted in with full criminal intent and has no answers for its
continued abuse of the law.
Let me make it easy for you all and offer a fully open forum public
debate on TV or any media, that will clearly expose the evil and
damage being done to British society by unqualified cretins such as
Hardwick that can only bring ruin to Britain.
These emails go out on the Internet and therefore I have no
hesitation in stating that Hardwick is a criminal who has no
thought for the long term future of the country and is acting in
open contravention of the law.
Keep it up Hardwick, its people like you that are creating the wave
of great discontent through our nation, and at the end of the day
we are all accountable to Justice.
Yours sincerely,
David Grothier
