Please provide the following information held by your sponsored
quango, Warwickshire Employment Rights Service, Nuneaton.
1.Full case files and information and correspondence relating to an
Employment Tribunal held in Birmingham on 19th June 2009 between
Applicant Inma. Perez d'Herves and respondents Arpolith Direkt
Limited and Dr George Thorburn t/a DGT & Associates. Please include
all statements, letters, notes and reports on the case.
2.Any and all correspondence between Employment Judge Mike Butler
of Derby and Mr Bannister and others of Warwickshire Employment
Rights Service
3. All financial information, statutory Accounts and financial
agreements relating to Warwickshire Employment Rights Service
4.The amount of money invested in Warwickshire Employment Rights
Service since it's inception by Warwickshire County Council and
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council
5.A list of all cases that went to tribunal using Warwickshire
Employment Rights Service since 2001.Such list to show respondents,
appellants, place held, judgement and Employment Judge or Tribunal

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

The County Council will not charge a fee to provide you with the
information you have requested, provided the cost of dealing with your
request is less than *450. If it appears likely that your request will
cost more than *450 to deal with then I will write to you again asking if
you are willing to pay the fees incurred, and setting out clearly what
those fees will be, in accordance with the FOI Act.

manner in which your request is being dealt with then please do not
