Dear Sir or Madam,

I read recently that Bluestone operating company 'Bluestone Leisure
Limited' has experienced financial difficulties and that a new
operating company 'Bluestone Resorts Limited' has been established.
I understand that Pembrokeshire County Council (PCC) made a loan of
around £3m to Bluestone to help fund the business startup. As a
resident of Pembrokeshire, a business owner and a rate payer, I
would like to know:

What is the repayment schedule for this loan - ie. how much is
being repaid, over how many months/years and at what interest rate?

How is this loan secured?

Which of the numerous Bluestone companies was the loan was made
to/has it been transferred to?

Does PCC own any shares or a stake of any kind in any of the
Bluestone companies (other than the stated loan)?
