The Office of the Leader of the House of Commons is not a stand alone
department, and infact comes under the umbrella of the Cabinet Office.
You should have received a response from the Cabinet Office dated 27
August, which I attach here for ease of reference. You may take it that
the Office of the Leader of the House of Commons is included in the data
used to compile this response.
