However, we note that it does not appear on whatdotheyknow.com and are

and June 08 either.

Apart from going to the Information Commissioner, does anyone know if there is any way of complaining? Given they are a government department and don't have any excuse for pleading lack of funds, like Home Office, Ministry of Defence, etc. they get access to Gordon Brown's big pot of money to keep them afloat.
