The Government Equalities Office seem to have a policy of not responding to FOI requests. At least not until they are chased.

Apart from going to the Information Commissioner, does anyone know if there is any way of complaining? Given they are a government department and don't have any excuse for pleading lack of funds, like Home Office, Ministry of Defence, etc. they get access to Gordon Brown's big pot of money to keep them afloat.

therefore re-sending the response.
