Dear responses, FOI,
Thank you for your response.
It has raised a few questions and I would ask you:
If you do not have the information in regard to my questions,
particularly where does it state a human is liable to pay tax, how
do you know who to charge tax to?
I have researched the statutes you mention, and a flesh and blood
man is not liable. A person, corporation etc.. is. And a person is
not a flesh and blood man, it is defined as a corporation in blacks
law dictionary.
Do you know who does have this information so I can redirect my
enquiry and if so who.
Yours sincerely,
Norman: Hinks
