Dear MHRA Information Centre,

Thank you for the link to your 2007/08 accounts. However, there
does not seem to be any indication of how much income you receive
from fines, if any, resulting from successful prosecutions brought
by the MHRA. I would be grateful for this information and the
category of income it is included in.

does not receive any money from fines. Fines levied by the Courts as a
result of criminal prosecutions go into the Treasury.
