Dear Sir or Madam,

Could you please supply a year on year account,for years
2001,2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007,2008 regarding how much income
was derived from fixed penalties received by the Department of
Development. How this income was spent i.e on what was the money
spent(training, equipment,advertising etc) and what happened to any
residual balance left over at the end of each budget year.

Dear Information Governance,

Thank you for your acknowledgement, to clarify my request, the
information I request would be all information with regards to
income recieved from fixed penalties relating to dog fouling and
litter offences, the expenditure of this income and the year on
year dispursement of any residual funds.
