Please provide the number of incidents of MRSA diagnosed in Ysbuti
Gwynedd in the last 5 Years.

Please indicate how many of these cases was with all probability
contracted in Ysbuti Gwynedd.

Please indicate the number of deaths attributable to MRSA in the
last 5 years

1. Request under Freedom of Information Act 2000 - MRSA infection rates
for Ysbyty Gwynedd (North West Wales Trust)

Thank you for your recent request for information regarding the above,
which was received on the 14th November 2008.

Gwynedd LHB does not hold this information. However the infection rates
for all NHS trusts in Wales are publicly available via the Welsh
Healthcare Associated Infection Programme (WHAIP) page on the National
Public Health Service for Wales website. The website address is:-

If you are dissatisfied, either because the information was not provided
to you or with the way your request was handled by the Local Health Board
