Dear Sir or Madam,
Under The Freedom of Information Act, I would like to enquire how
many incidents occurred in the County where the property of
individuals engaged in dog breeding was specifically targeted by
activists resulting in criminal damage and risk to public safety
since Jan 2007 until the present time.

Dear Ms Ireson,
I refer to your request regarding dog breeding establishments, which was
received on 24th January, 2009 and has been dealt with under the Freedom
of Information Act 2000.
The specific information you requested was the number of incidents which
have occurred in the County, where the property of individuals engaged in
dog breeding was specifically targeted by activists resulting in criminal
damage and risk to public safety, since January 2007 until the present
time.
In response, I can confirm that whilst verbal advice has been received
from the Police in relation to incidents that have occurred, the Authority
holds no recorded information regarding them. Records of such incidents
would be held by the Police.
