Dear Scottish Government,

In their successful bid for the forthcoming works on the Kessock
Bridge how much money was included in the bid on mitigation efforts
to minimise the disruption that works will cause to commuters,
businesses etc?

Did the offer give details of proposed mitigation efforts - if so
what were they and what were the costs of the specific projects?

Yours faithfully,

Alan MacRae
