Dear Sir or Madam,
The DCSF have just released a list of the 25 LA's who took part in
the in depth questionnaire which followed on from the 60
questionnaire for the Review of Elective Home Education.
Shropshire apparently answered.
Therefore please supply the responses given by this LA to the in
depth questionnaire.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Ms Berlow
Further to your recent request for information. Unfortunately we not
have a copy of the questionnaire submitted to DCSF with regard to the

being saved at the time of the online submission.
We are sorry that we cannot help you in this matter, but if you do have
any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear Sir or Madam,
are you able to ask the DCSF for it ?
Otherwise it will involve me asking the DCSF and thr DCSF asking
you for permission which may take a long time given their backlog
due to this review.
I would also like the responses to the initial long questionnaire
which was either 60 or 23 questions depending on format.
please let me know if i need to put in another FOI request for
this?
Yours faithfully,
Tania Berlow
