IMPROVING DISABILITY ACCESS

Julie Shrive (Account suspended) made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Culture, Media and Sport

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department for Culture, Media and Sport should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

From: Julie Shrive (Account suspended)

22 June 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

How many Disability contacts are there in every venue, who are not
on remits and procedures, who are contactable and can resolve
issues on the spot . Does anyone check figures to see site has
improving access eg: disabled spaces and scooters, and there is
assistance with complaints so can be done orally on spot. Do they
record inquiry figures who cannot go to venue because access full
up and who acts on this? .

Yours faithfully,

Julie Shrive
