Dear National Policing Improvement Agency,
One Police Officer, one head of a Dept (one Alistair Pettigrew of
RBKC) and one councillor (Maidstone) all have informed me in one
way or other that police have a duty to inform council employees if
they are being investigated, that police have a duty to the council
workers to inform them if they are under investigation? That
screams abuse/bias and of leaving abuses wide-open in council
office, do you have any information you could share please,
regarding impartiality regarding investigations into local
authority employees, including councillors?
Yours faithfully,
Liz R
