statistices down by establishment.

Dear Sir or Madam,
On 6.10.08 I made the following request under Freedom of
Information Act:-
"Please supply the number of sole immigration act detainees held in
HM Prisons for each month since September 2007. Please break the
statistices down by establishment."
I have not yet had a reply. May I remind you that under the terms
of the Act you should have replied by 3.11.08 and by not doing so
you are breaking the law.
I look forward to a quick reply.
