Illegal Evidence By Councils In Courts of Law
Liz R (Account suspended) made this Freedom of Information request to Attorney General’s Office
Attorney General’s Office did not have the information requested.
From: Liz R (Account suspended)
4 February 2010
Dear Attorney General's Office,
I'm writing to request if any cases in UK courts that have used
covert surveillance by councils have been complained about or
appealed? May I please have all information you have recorded in
relation to covert surveillance being use in courts of law?
It appears that evidence procured in covert surveillance by
councils and produced in courts of law would be both biased and
abusive of privacy law, I have to think that that's makes those
cases very unstable and appeal-worthy, especially to the ECHR, as
it's an obvious violation of Article 6 and 8 in the main, isn't it?
Especially where the defendant/respondent has not had legal
representation?
Yours faithfully,
Liz R
