I request the dates and durations of all meetings between
representatives of Lincolnshire County Council or Trading Standards
and representatives of the International Federation of the
Phonographic Industry (IFPI) or the British Phonographic Industry
(BPI).
I request this information regarding the time-period from May 2004
until the current date (November 2009).

I am unsure of the purpose of the duplicate correspondence but
believe that these documents are both intended to inform me of your

Thank you for your email dated 26th December 2009.
Following a review of our file it would appear that in response to the
email we sent you dated 1st December 2009 we received a Mail Delivery
System message advising that our email could not be delivered to the
address you had provided us with. Since then we have made several further
attempts to email you that document, which it would appear you finally
received on 24th December 2009.
With regard to providing you with a detailed response to your request we
note that the 20 working day time limit expires on 30/12/09. The Freedom
of Information Department have today been in correspondence with the
Development Directorate who are proving the information to answer your
