Please supply the information on why PC Heiniger, who gave incorrect evidence at my court in May 1995 at Newcastle Crown Court, left the Durham Police Force. I have already supplied the documents of the incorrect evidence stated at my court case to your force which the force replied to by saying the officer had resigned.
